We do not accept returns for change of mind due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration after delivery.

If the item is confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping or provide a return option. Otherwise, return requests are not accepted.
4. Resolution Options:
- After inspection, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on stock availability and the outcome of the inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless store credit is agreed.
- We may request additional photos or information to verify the issue before approving a return.
Order Cancellations
- Standard Orders: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and prepared for shipment.
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Cancellations are not permitted after the design or production process has begun.
